First Nations

The early focus of consultation with First Nations Groups will be to assist with the collection of data on the location and understanding of treaty rights and traditional land use issues, as well as other items that may be of interest to the First Nations communities. Outreach and consultation will occur with the Mississaugas of the New Credit First Nation and the Six Nations of the Grand River Territory First Nation.
